CX Podium does not support or accept fake reviews, misleading information, or hate speech.

CX Podium does not offer incentives for customers to submit reviews, eperiences, or opinions. 

Introduction

Customer reviews are a source of information for others to make better informed decisions before purchasing or using products/services. As such, it is crucial that all submitted reviews are as honest and accurate as possible.

By posting a review, sharing an experience story, or voicing your opinion on brand messages and ads, you acknowledge that it’s based on a personal interaction with a company and agree to follow the following guidelines.

Fake REVIEWS

You must not submit or encourage others to submit fake reviews, stories, or opinions.

Please only share genuine experiences you’ve had with a brand’s products or services. Fabricated or fictitious content misleads others and undermines the integrity of the community.

MISLEADING REVIEWS

You must not submit or encourage others to submit misleading reviews.

Ensure that the information you provide is accurate and truthful. Do not exaggerate or misrepresent your interactions or the features of the product/service. This helps maintain an honest platform for everyone.

PAID REVIEWS

You must be transparent about paid reviews.

We value authentic opinions. If you have received any form of compensation, such as free products, discounts, or incentives, for your review, kindly disclose this information. Transparency about potential biases fosters trust within the community.

INDECENT CONTENT

You must not submit or encourage others to submit indecent reviews.

Maintain a respectful tone and avoid using offensive language. Reviews should focus on constructive feedback and insights related to customer experience rather than resorting to inappropriate language or indecent reviews.

HATE SPEECH

You must not submit or encourage others to engage in hate speech.

Discriminatory language or hate speech has no place on our platform. Reviews that promote hatred, racism, or any form of harm towards individuals or groups will be immediately removed. Let’s work together to foster a positive and inclusive environment.

MODERATING CONTENT

All content is reviewed by our team before being posted. 

Once you submit a review, story, or opinion, your post will be held for revision and approval. Our team reviews all posts to ensure they abide by these guidelines. If your review is flagged for hatred, violence, or indecency, we’ll contact you and ask that you revisit your post or re-submit it for approval. 

REMOVING CONTENT

We reserve the right to remove reviews that don’t adhere to these guidelines.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove reviews where the person who submitted the review is unable to provide satisfactory evidence that they did in fact receive the service/s and or product/s from the business or individual they submitted the review about.
