CX Podium is a review platform that empowers Egyptian customers by giving them a place to share their experiences and get their voices heard. 

We believe that every customer has the right to receive a great product, a great service, and a great brand experience. Through this platform, we aim to educate customers and empower them to speak about their experiences. This will help set new standards for customer experiences and raise the bar for what is acceptable and what is not.

A CX Advocate is any customer who believes they deserve better customer experiences and is interested in being part of the journey to enhance current standards. 

First, you’ll need to fill out a form to register as a user. Once you sign up, we’ll send you an email to verify your identity and a request to complete your customer profile.

 

As a CX Advocate, you’ll be able to share your stories with other customers, submit reviews about products and services you’ve used, and participate in relevant brand experience surveys or discussions.

By sharing your experience with the world, you’re contributing to the process of setting better service standards in Egypt and the Arab World. Our platform enables customers to share their experiences with a brand so that other customers can benefit from these reviews. The more experiences that are shared, the louder the customer voice will become, putting pressure on companies to start offering better services and customer experiences.

Once you submit an experience story or review, it has to be checked by our team to ensure it abides by our Customer Review Guidelines. All content is flagged for hatred, violence, or indecency before approval.

Our job is to provide a friendly platform with valuable reviews about real customers and real customer experiences. To ensure that reviews are fair to, both, customers and companies, we need to verify your identity.

No, CX Podium is not affiliated with any product or service featured or reviewed on the platform. To ensure that all reviews are fair and authentic, we do not endorse any company, receive sponsorships, or accept customer reviews that are compensated by companies or submitted by their employees.
